  • Dimethicone = Silicone film (synthetic) that temporarily fills in lines and doesn't meet the Natural Product Association standards.
  • Diethanolamine (DEA)
  • DMDM Hydantoin (also known as 1,3 Dimethylol-5, 5-Dimethyl Hydantoin) = Synthetic Preservative that works by releasing formaldehyde and doesn't meet Natural Products Association standards.
  • Dyes (Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple)
  • Formaldehyde
  • Fragrance
  • Hydroquinone
  • Lauramide DEA
  • Lead
  • Mercury
  • Mineral Oil = Petrochemical
  • Octinoxate = Synthetic Chemical Sunscreen
  • Oxybenzone = Synthetic Chemical Sunscreen
  • Parabens (methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, isobutyl) = Synthetic Preservatives (para-hydroxybenzoic acid) and doesn't meet Natural Products Association standards.
  • Paraffin - Petrochemical
  • Petroleum = A non-renewable material derived from crude oil.  Moisturizes with an oil-based film and doesn't meet Natural Products Association standards.
  • Phthalates (pronounced "thay lates")
  • Polyisobutene = Synthetic Moisturizer
  • Propylene Glycol = Synthetic Moisturizer; Antifreeze
  • Petroleum = Petrochemical
  • Phenylenediamine (PPD)
  • Sodium Laureth Sulfate - Synthetic Cleanser
  • Sodium Lauryl Sulfate = Synthetic Cleanser//Detergent that is used as a foaming agent; no moisturizing properties and doesn't meet the Natural Product Association standards
  • Sodium Myreth Sulfate = Synthetic Cleanser
  • Thimerosal
  • Triclosan
