Rose: Three studies documented the anti-anxiety and anti-conflict effect of Rose essential oil. Rosemary: was found to have therapeutic potential in the treatment or prevention of bronchial asthma, peptic ulcers and other inflammatory diseases
Spearmint: inhibited a wide array of bacteria, including ulcer-causing H.pylori, E. coli, Salmonella and MRSA
Ylang ylang: Inhalation of Ylang ylang caused decreases in blood pressure and pulse rate. In a Phytotherapy Research study, it also caused a relief of depression and stress in humans.
